VP, Business Support Manager
Bio: Edgar currently serves as Segment Team Manager at the Las Vegas Contact Center leading teammates in the Spanish Gate for our retail Spanish customers and clients needing online and mobile banking support. Edgar began his 13 year career with Bank of America as a Client Service Representative in a financial center and has held several financial center roles including the legacy Consumer Market Manager role. Edgar has been a yearly nominee Global Diversity & Inclusion Awards and selected as a 2014 Global Diversity & Inclusion Award winner. He was also the 2014 Las Vegas Business Press Rising Star Award winner.
I serve on the board because... It gives me the opportunity to make a greater impact in my local community. As a native from Las Vegas, I have enjoyed volunteering to those that needed it he most and as a board member I have the opportunity to accomplish this at a greater extent. I believe in our mission statement and have personally have seen the positive enhancement that each and every wish has in the children we serve.
My wish would be... To travel the world to engaged with the multitudes of cultures and inclusive diversities that makes our world a unique place.
