Bio: Keith Hansen joined Allegiant in July, 2010 as the Manager of Airport Affairs. In 2011, Keith was promoted to the position of Director of Airports & Corporate Real Estate where he oversaw all of the company's commercial real estate, including airport leases and the acquisition and build-out of Allegiant's corporate campus.
In 2016, Keith assumed the role of Vice President, Airports & Government Affairs. He continues to oversee Allegiant's airport lease agreement, and leads Allegiant's government outreach efforts.
Prior to joining Allegiant, Keith worked for one of Nevada's largest litigation firms and taught negotiation and mediation to UNLV law students through Boyd's mediation clinic.
He received his BA in English from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching just about every sport, and is an avid skier. Most of all, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and four children.
I serve on the board because... I am a believer in the mission of Make-A-Wish. I have seen first-hand how Make-A-Wish positively impacts children and their families. I also believe that we as individuals should "make no small plans" and I see Make-A-Wish utilizing that philosophy as it grants wishes for children. I love the thought of joining an organization that views the world in much the say way I do.
My wish would be... When my kids ask me what I would like for my birthday I invariably give them the same answer. Four children who love each other and who are kind to everyone. I haven't received that gift yet, and sometimes wonder if it is within the realm of possibility. So assuming I can't change hearts and wish for world peace, I would probably wish for the opportunity to sing with Bono or attend a Super Bowl where the Miami Dolphins emerge victorious.
