Wishes are the cornerstone the Make-A-Wish Foundation® is founded on and we look forward to seeing every wish come true. Wishes can be small or large, simple or elaborate, but they are all important.
Below are some wishes that we’ve been proud to have helped make come true!
Daren is an outgoing 7-year-old boy who has been diagnosed with Arterial Tortuosity Syndrome, a heart condition. When Daren met with Make-A-Wish, he told us he wished to visit Hawaii because “it is so beautiful and I want to see Pearl Harbor and the ship that was blown up and sunk and be able to talk to real life soldiers.” Daren had many things he wished to accomplish on his trip, and he was excited to learn that he would soon be on his way to Hawaii. Jorian’s one true wish was to visit New York City! He loves history and couldn’t wait to experience all that the Big Apple had to offer. Jorian’s trip to New York City was very eventful!
