Director of Finance, Trump International Hotel Las Vegas
Bio: I am a transplanted Canadian who grew up in Toronto, started traveling young. I spent time at boarding school in England which explains my enjoyment of all things Harry Potter. My father is a retired doctor and my mother spent many years volunteering for various charities in Toronto including the Centennial Nursery school for children with developmental learning challenges. They gave me the gift of wanting to give back. So when my career moved me to Las Vegas and love kept me here – a good friend introduced me to Make-A-Wish and I have been a volunteer ever since. It is almost ten years now. There is not a week or day – where I am not moved to tears by the magic of a wish story and I just love it. They crying does make co-workers worry when the money guy is crying at his desk…..but for the right reason it is all good.
I serve on the board because... My father is a retired pediatric oncologist. He spent his life saving and treating children with cancer and that afforded me an amazing life; I serve so I can help continue his legacy of helping kids with cancer (and other ailments) in the best way I can.
My wish would be... To be the best uncle ever to my 13 nieces and nephews and trice as great to my great niece & nephew.
