SVP Analytics, Service and Continuous Improvement, Caesars Entertainment
Brent Lessing is Senior Vice President of Analytics, Service and Continuous Improvement for Caesars Entertainment. In this role, he is responsible for managing company initiatives to optimize financial returns, drive customer satisfaction and create a culture of continuous improvement. Brent joined Caesars in 2017 as Senior Vice President Business Process Improvement & Program Management Office (BPI/PMO). He was previously with The Hertz Corporation, where he enjoyed a distinguished 21-year career in a variety of roles and a member of the senior management team. Throughout his career, Brent has utilized his process improvement skills to improve quality, generate revenue and reduce costs. Brent holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from Walden University. He also participated in the Wharton School’s Executive Education program.
