Title: Wish Coordinator
Before joining Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada: I was working at a nonprofit called NeighborWorks Boise in Boise, Idaho as a program coordinator. Through this job, I had the opportunity to help manage a program that provided down payment assistance to hundreds of low income families across the entire state. While doing this, I was also finishing up my Bachelor’s degree at Boise State University.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Boise State University (home of the Smurf Turf).
About me: I grew up in San Diego and after living in Idaho for five years, I moved to Las Vegas. I am the youngest of five siblings and I love to travel and go on crazy adventures with them. I love being outdoors and exploring new places, but I’ll also never say no to staying inside, playing board games and wearing sweatpants!
My favorite thing about working at MAWSNV: Knowing that all the work being done is for the benefit and joy of others. Seeing the impact Make-A-Wish has on the lives of children and their families is amazing!
My wish would be: To go on an African safari with my family!
