Raul dreamed of meeting
his heroes in New York City

Raul Meets His Heroes in The Big Apple

I wish to meet the cast of Million Dollar Listing

Fifteen-year-old Raul, diagnosed with leukemia, dreamt of one day working as Realtor in New York City. His illness caused him to spend long days and nights in the hospital, so he often tuned in to his favorite reality show to take his mind off of his current reality. Raul loved to watch the realtors make high end deals on Million Dollar Listing, New York, and he vowed one day he would study to receive his real estate license and join them in the Big Apple. It came as no surprise when Raul revealed his most heartfelt wish was to travel to NYC to meet the cast!

Upon his arrival in New York City, Raul traveled to a high end property to await realtor Fredrik Eklund. While waiting, Raul spoke with both the crew and director who shared great behind the scenes information. When Fredrik arrived, he gave Raul an exclusive tour of the property and proceeded to film part of an episode. The group even presented him with a special certificate stating when he received his real estate license, he can bring it to their office in NYC and he is guaranteed a job!

When later asked about his wish, Raul told us “Thank you Make-A-Wish for making my dream come true…it was an amazing experience that I will never forget.”

In loving memory of Raul, 1999-2015
