Born with a type of cancer in her spine, Judy had to start chemotherapy treatments at just two days old. While the tumor has caused her to lose mobility in her lower extremities, Judy doesn’t let it keep her down, sharing her infectious smile with everyone around her.
Judy loves anything pink and waves her arms up and down gleefully when watching Peppa Pig or My Little Pony. And as she grew and recovered from her treatments, she would turn on the TV and squeal in delight anytime a Disney World commercial came on. She imagined meeting her favorite characters, experiencing her favorite rides, and tasting her favorite foods. For a second, Judy would forget about her illness and think about just being a kid.
Then came World Wish Day. Judy along with 11 other wish kids were told to come to the UFC headquarters on April 29th for a special gathering of the most wishes in waiting. Judy and her family arrived that afternoon and found themselves being photographed like celebrities. They walked the step and repeat and enjoyed a meal cooked just for them. It was upon their arrival that they knew something magical was about to happen.
Then, the UFC's very own Bruce Buffer arrived and invited all 12 of the wish kids to gather on stage. One by one, Bruce announced that each child's wish was coming true. As soon as Judy found out her wish was coming true, she was instantly overwhelmed with joy.

Just a month later, Judy found herself eating cotton candy and getting to meet her favorite Disney princesses.
Judy has a brave, fighting spirit and knows how to live life to the fullest. The memories she made during her wish to go to Disney World will stick with her long into the future. Her wish has not only helped her replace fear with hope but sadness with joy.
